George W. Bush Is Kidding, Right?

Monday, the Bushmaton said the United States would remain committed to tsunami-recovering nations over the long term. But he asked Americans not to "shortchange" the poor at home and abroad by letting their contributions to tsunami relief replace their giving to other parts of the world. George Screw-Everyone-But-the-Rich Bush had the balls to tell Americans not to shortchange the poor? George Bush and the White House BushMen have cut programs benefitting children, have given tax cuts which only benefit the rich, are at this very minute telling lies to the nation about Social Security in order to sell their privatizing scheme which would make life a living hell for the elderly poor, they have instituted a drug plan which penalizes the middle class, and they are telling Americans not to shortchange the poor? The Bush administration gives as little as possible to alleviate (not cure, just alleviate) the AIDs epidemic in Africa. The Bush administration defends drug companies that gouge the destitute in Africa by charging exorbitant prices ($1 a dose is exorbitant for most Africans) for drugs that would save children from dying of malaria. The Bush administration has chosen to turn its back on the genocide in Sudan. The Bush administration had to be shamed into finally forking over a pitiful $350 mil toward the tsunami relief effort. And this fascist puppet President of the United States has the nerve to tell Americans not to shortchange the poor? The BushMen have shortchanged our soldiers in Iraq by not giving them proper equipment, by not having anything like a plan or enough men to fight their unnecessary war. There isn’t a solitary person in the world, at home or abroad, that the BushMen have not shortchanged. And yet, George W. Bush has the gall and effrontery to stand before the world and tell Americans not to shortchange the poor at home and abroad. If the Bushmaton weren’t so self-absorbed, psychologically unstable and terminally ignorant, one would wonder if he were laughing up his sleeve when telling Americans not to shortchange the poor. But his grandiose delusions don’t allow for introspection or reflection. George W. Bush has slipped into his own Wonderland where he is King and his twaddle makes sense.
