Reason (2a) is that Hayden has a history of stating categorically that the fantasy world of Bushism is what exists, that the 4th Amendment does not say ‘probable cause’, despite the visible and well-tested wording of the Amendment. This also shows that he is a very bad listener, willing to go to ridiculous lengths to avoid listening to what he is told or asked.
